FAQ
Do I have to sign a contract when signing up for service?
No contracts are needed for our service! We believe you should have the freedom to control when you need the dog waste removal service, not to lock you in a contract.
How does your dog waste removal service work?
We provide professional pooper scooper services for homeowners and businesses in Mercer and Burlington County. On your scheduled day, our technician arrives, walks your yard in a grid‑like pattern to ensure every “hidden treasure” is found, double‑bags the waste and places it in your outdoor trash bin.
Do I need to be home for dog poop removal? What about my gate and my dog?
No, you don’t need to be home for your scheduled service. As long as we can access your yard, we’ll take care of the cleanup and leave everything in great shape.
Please make sure your gate is unlocked or that we have a code or key before your visit. If there are any special instructions for accessing your yard, you can let us know ahead of time and we’ll follow them.
Most friendly dogs are fine to be outside while we work. We’re very used to being around them. If your dog is nervous with new people or protective of the yard, it’s best to keep them inside or ask us to text you before we arrive.
Do You Still Service When It Rains or During Bad Weather?
Since New Jersey weather can be unpredictable throughout the year, we stay flexible and work in a wide range of conditions.
We scoop in most weather conditions because dog waste continues to accumulate year‑round. Light rain or snow won’t stop us, but hazardous conditions (thunderstorms, blizzards or dangerous ice) may require us to skip or delay service.
If we miss a visit due to weather, we’ll either schedule you next day or automatically pick up the extra waste on your next scheduled day at no additional charge.
When do you charge for service and how do you take payment?
Before your first visit, we securely place a card on file. After each cleanup, your payment is processed.
This makes it easy to stay consistent with your regular service while knowing you’re only being charged for completed work.
